Over the past decade, I have worked at the intersection of human behavior and system-level change—providing therapy, mentoring leaders, leading teams, building programs from the ground up, and spearheading initiatives to improve department, division, and organizational performance across high-performing healthcare systems.
My work spans direct clinical care and senior leadership. As a practicing psychotherapist, I enjoy providing evidence-based services to adolescents and adults. On the organizational side, I have held director-level roles at institutions such as Mayo Clinic Health System (Director of Social Work), DonorConnect (Director of Family Services), and Live On Nebraska (Director of Hospital and Family Services)—two of the nation’s highest-performing Organ Procurement Organizations.
I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Utah, clinical licensure in Utah (LCSW) and Nebraska (LIMHP), and advanced leadership certifications from Harvard Business School (Leading Change and Organizational Renewal) and Cornell University (Executive Healthcare Leadership and Healthcare Change Management). I also serve on the admissions committee for the University of Utah's Master of Social Work program.
I’ve been honored to speak at national and regional conferences, and learning events hosted by organizations such as The Alliance, AOPO (Association for Organ Procurement Organizations), and UNOS (United Network for Organ Sharing), where I aim to offer insights that spark meaningful reflection and actionable change.
Outside of work, I value slow evenings with my family, meaningful conversations, and time in nature. I’m drawn to reflective, creative spaces—whether through meditation, quiet moments in art museums, or simply being present in the moment. I enjoy reading or listening to non-fiction that explores leadership, psychology, and the human experience.
I’m committed to living with curiosity and intention, and I find deep purpose in helping others work through challenges and move toward what’s next. One of the most fulfilling parts of my work is witnessing those “aha” moments—when clarity clicks and transformation begins. As Albert Einstein said, “In the middle of difficulty lies opportunity.”
My practice is rooted in the belief that meaningful insight and clarity emerge when we slow down, ask deeper questions, and reflect with intention. Whether I’m working with individuals in therapy or coaching leaders, my mission is to help people uncover clarity, refine and align their purpose, and move forward with greater confidence.
